Shipping Policy

Hair Station has established shipping rates, delivery schedules, and options for faster delivery service to enhance your overall shopping experience with us.We highly recommend that our customers opt for registered postage or courier service. HairStation will not be responsible for any lost packages sent via normal postage.

Shipping options include

> Singpost normal mail (only for items that are within the eligible dimensions of 32.4cm x 22.9cm x 6.5cm, not exceeding 2kg) – $1.50

> Courier – $5.00

> Orders >$100 – Free delivery

Tracking numbers will be provided to you as soon after the item has been picked up by the courier company.

Working days are Monday – Friday, excluding public holidays within Singapore. Orders placed after 11:59am, will be processed on the next working day. Orders received on Saturday and Sunday will be processed on the following working day.Customers are able to state their preferred date and time for our free delivery service while placing their orders. These deliveries can be scheduled between Mondays to Fridays, from 11am to 5pm., or Saturdays from 11pm to 3pm.
